At Black Wolf Survival, each reserved spot represents a significant commitment of human and material resources. Once a registration is confirmed, instructors are secured, training grounds reserved, and equipment allocated.
Because these costs are committed in advance, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made.
No Refunds After Purchase
All reservations are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Before You Book
Please verify your availability and review any personal or professional commitments before reserving a spot. Class sizes are limited, and each absence has a direct impact on our instructors and resources.
Transferring Your Spot
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least <strong>24 hours in advance</strong>.
Cancellation by Black Wolf Survival
In the rare event that Black Wolf Survival must cancel a course due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered or a credit of equal value will be issued for another course.
